LungPass is a smart stethoscope paired with an app, which helps monitor patients with COPD and asthma, and detects respiratory abnormalities.
Lungpass gives you the ability to take care of your children and family members’ health, assess their current condition, and determine when a doctor’s consultation is needed.
Challenge
The initial design of the app was created in accordance with outdated guidelines: the functionality was already there, but was too hard for users to understand.
The concept of the app was not “on-brand,” which could eventually harm the company’s image.
Our main goal was to analyze the difficulties users might face while using the app, change the workflow to make it user-friendly, and create a new design concept.
